Buying questions
Are your e-bikes road-legal in NSW?+
Yes. Every bike we sell is tested to EN 15194 and has a 250W road-legal mode. From March 2029 only EN 15194-certified e-bikes will be allowed on NSW roads — so you're future-proofed.
Which bike is best for food delivery?+
Our cargo bikes are the go-to for delivery riders — heavy-duty frames, big loads and long-range batteries to last a full shift. Message us and we'll match you to the right model and battery.
Do you deliver or ship bikes?+
Yes — we ship Australia-wide, delivered straight to your door no matter where you are. Prefer to collect? Pick it up from our Redfern shop. Message us for a shipping quote to your postcode.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?+
Yes — new bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. What it covers varies by brand — it is listed on the product page for that bike and on the warranty card that comes with it. We service everything in-house at our Redfern shop.
Can I test ride before buying?+
Absolutely. Come by 105 Regent Street for a test ride, or message us to book a time that suits you.
