We're building this out to cover every brand and model we stock — around 20 in total. Each PDF below carries the Tech E-Bike watermark and is a real, verified certificate. Search by brand or model name.

📜 Rental agreement — key terms

The plain-English summary of what you sign before riding away. The clauses below are taken directly from our official rental agreement.

Minimum term
4 weeks, then auto-renews weekly. 2 weeks' written notice to end.
Security bond
Refundable bond set on your order form, minus any damage or unpaid fees.
Battery return rule
Return with at least 80% charge — under that, a $10 recharge fee applies.
Late return fees
$10 (1 day) · $15 (2–4 days) · $20 (5+ days)
Protection plans
Gold $10/wk — free servicing & priority repairs.
Platinum $20/wk — adds theft protection & GPS recovery.
Accident / theft reporting
Must be reported on WhatsApp within 12 hours. A police report is required for theft claims.
Servicing
Bring your bike in every 2,000km or 2 months, whichever comes first.
Insurance scope
Covers our own bike, battery & accessories only — not third-party damage or personal injury.
Eligibility
Riders must be 18–75 and be the person named on the agreement.
