Collecting your bike from Mascot
Mascot is about 4.2 km from the shop, around 20 min by e-bike, so you can collect the bike and ride it straight home.
- Redfern, Central and Waterloo stations are all a short walk from the workshop, so even a bike that will not ride is easy to get here.
- Mascot sits right beside Sydney Airport, with its own station on the airport line.

Where do I swap or charge the battery?
At our Redfern shop: Swap & Go is $10 per swap or $40 a week for unlimited swaps, for Tech E-Bike renters.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Maintenance is free on our rentals. Bring the bike to the shop: if we can’t fix it the same day, or it can’t be repaired, we swap it for another bike so you don’t lose a shift.
